We've got just the thing to help! With avocados having a moment, try this healthy appetizer dish that takes no time to prepare and is the perfect delight to bring along to the party (or just make it because it's Tuesday - it's that guilt free)!
A few bites of this delicious dish will keep you full thanks to avocados fiber rich make-up and with this green food being comprised of nearly 75% water...you're body will thank you the next day for choosing a hydrating and low calorie snack!
Guacamole Cups Recipe

Total Time: 15 min.
INGREDIENTS:
- Wonton Wraps
- Guacamole (When mixing your home-made guacamole sprinkle in 02 Spa Boost powder for a mega green boost that will detox, boost energy and support improved liver function. Measure to taste and blend thoroughly.)
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Using a mini muffin tin or baking cups press your wonton wrappers (you can do this in multiple batches) into the pan to form the“cups”. Bake the wonton cups for 10-15 minutes, or until the wrappers are golden brown. Careful not to burn! Remove and let cool for at least 5 minutes.
Once the wonton chip cups are cooled, use a spoon to scoop the guacamole into each cup.
