Super Booster Smoothie Recipe with Super Greens Powder

We all know that smoothies can be a nutritious snack or meal replacement and excellent way to mix in your favorite superfoods. You can always use whole, raw greens in your smoothie recipes, but by including a green superfood powder you get the benefits of multiple ingredients in one, convenient, nutrient-dense scoop without much of the added sugars from using the whole fruit. When using whole ingredients or even adding fruits and veggies into a smoothie with super greens you want to make sure that you are getting organic produce. Local farmers markets are an excellent way to explore a wide array of interesting options.

Ingredients

1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
1 medium banana
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup blueberries
1 scoop of 02 Spa Boost Super Greens Powder 
1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder or extract
A dash of Himalayan pink salt
A little honey, maple syrup, or stevia to sweeten to preference! 

Your Superfood Toppings (optional add ins for an extra health kick ) 

1 tablespoon cacao nibs
1 tablespoon flax or chia seeds

A little fresh mint for extra smoothness
