All elements™ and BalanceDiet™ Clubs use the same proprietary operating software, as well as our proprietary Internet-based training and diet modules, to ensure uniformity and consistency with our offerings nationwide. An internal CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is built in, along with electronic contract capture to ensure no data or information is lost.
All member information is kept strictly confidential, and we ensure PCI compliance with all transactions. BalanceDiet™ features proprietary weight loss and diet programs which are used by all coaching staff members nationwide, as well as highly developed prospecting and tracking software.
Our operating software allows full real-time appointment booking and class scheduling for all BalanceDiet™ club locations, via the Web. The full-service software is able to track clients, prospects and sales leads, as well as tracking all sales, revenue and inventory data. Your client database is linked to a third party audited billing company, who is responsible for collections and member account management. Members can access their account information online, and make updates to their address or credit card information. Renewals and upgrades to memberships may also be done online.
Other online tools, such as our newsletter and magazine, help to shape the client experience, and provide valuable feedback and continued contact with prospects. elements™ and BalanceDiet™ have dedicated software and a dedicated IT team to manage our growing platforms.
