In our experience, landlords are often willing to contribute much or all of the buildout costs to open a facility, or to offer substantially better rent terms, because landlords are comfortable that our clubs are built on time, on budget, and are proven to attract a very desirable customer to a shopping center.
elements™ Real Estate team works closely with our Franchise Sales team to pre-identify opportunities in target markets, and we are increasingly sourcing new franchisees by first finding a desirable location and landlord who is willing to make a commitment to having elements™ or BalanceDiet™ as a part of their center.
