Daily Juicing: B is for Boost
A boost of energy can sometimes be difficult to feel on a diet. Often times, you are foregoing major components of your diet that helped you gain those boosts at crucial times during the day. Whether it’s a delicious latte first thing in the morning or a Kit Kat Bar break in the middle of the afternoon, most of us rely on something to keep us from passing out on our keyboards. This is when it’s time to break out the juice! Most of the time, your low energy levels are due to a lack of essential vitamins, poor hydration, or low blood sugar. Juicing answers all of these challenges and like one of those awful energy drinks you might pick up at the gas station on your way to work, the energy boost happens instantly (even without all of those pesky chemicals)!
