If you are not completely satisfied with your BalanceDiet™ order, simply follow the return instructions below within 45 days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund, exchange, or product credit.*
With any Product Satisfaction issues, we offer a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges, within 30 days from the date of purchase and when less than 1/4 of product is consumed. We offer a in-store credit within 45 days when less than 1/2 of the product is consumed.
As with any food or nutritional product, individual results do vary. We recommend a complimentary consultation with a Product Expert if you have any questions prior to trying a product for the first time. Complimentary or discount samples are available for many of our edible products, if you are unsure of a flavor. We also offer sample sizes for many of our most popular products, simply ask a Product Expert.
Although we do not specifically limit refunds per household, as with all policies Management Reserves Rights.

- Refunds cannot be processed for packages lost in transit.
