Do I have to count points, eat pre-packaged meals or get shots?
No. BalanceDiet™ teaches you how to safely and naturally use regular food to reach and maintain your ideal weight. Many clients appreciate the ease of our program, and the ability to learn how to eat and also prepare foods for their families for a lifetime of good health. We do offer pre-packaged snacks and low calorie meal replacements (an optional add-on) for clients who are looking for a complete food program.
Do BalanceDiet products contain GMO ingredients?
GMO (Genetically modified ingredients) have been a source of concern for a growing number of consumers.
Consumers are asking for products which may contain GMO ingredients to be labeled as such.
As health professionals, this is an issue that we must be aware of and understand how to address.
Below is a statment from our product manufacturer.
At the present time, we have certified that no supplement containing the BalanceDiet mark contains any GMO ingredients.
We are consulting with manufacturers to begin adding the "NON GMO Verified" seal to product labels in 2016 and beyond.
What if I have medical concerns?
As with any weight loss plan, it’s always important to check with your physician first. As a new client, you can request that your plan be reviewed by BalanceDiet’s™ licensed nutritionist. We can even work with your personal physician to ensure that your plan is safe and appropriate for you. Persons with diabetes should not purchase Carb Blocker without consulting their physicial.

As an “Insider,” you will receive a complete suite of online tools, customized for you (including grocery shopping guide, meal planer, and diet review), and each month you’ll have a complimentary check-in session with an expert lifestyle consultant. “Insiders” may bring a guest to any group program, anytime – and may also attend free of charge many of our cooking demonstrations, fitclub® events (at any participating BD center), motivations sessions, and more. In short, becoming an “Insider” allows you access to all the tools you need to build a better lifestyle for yourself and your health.

Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days from 12 noon EST on the date your order is entered into our system.

International orders are subject to additional shipping and handling charge is (minimum International Shipping Charge $25). Additional taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We ship to Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Please note, these orders may see a delay in shipping.
Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches its destination country. We recommend that customers contact their local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional shipping fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
