The following BalanceDiet Detox Giveaway (“contest”) is governed by these official rules. By entering the contest, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions stated herein.

Eligibility: The Contest is open to all residents of the 50 United States who have reached 18 years of age or older as of date of entry (“Potential entrant(s)”). All employees of BalanceDiet and their immediate families (defined as spouse, child, sibling, parent, or grandparent) or household members of BalanceDiet its parent, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, or agents and their advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible.

BalanceDiet reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications for all winners.

Contest Duration: The BalanceDiet Detox Giveaway (“Entry Period”) begins on 1/11/18 at 4 pm PST and ends on 1/14/18 at 11:59 pm PST.

How To Enter: To enter for a chance to win, Potential Entrants must enter their First Name, Last Name, and Email Address at https://gobalancediet.com/pages/get-free-30-day-detox. Entries must be submitted during the Entry Period (see contest duration). BalanceDiet is not responsible for delayed, lost, misdirected, or damaged entries. Only one entry allowed per person. BalanceDiet in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry or other Contest process, the operation of the website hosting the Process, or otherwise in violation of the rules.

BalanceDiet reserves the right to use any and all photos/content/surveys submitted by Potential Entrants in an unlimited, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license and right to publish, use, publicly perform the submission in any way, in any and all media, without limitation, and without consideration to the entrant. BalanceDiet reserves the right to use the Entrant’s photo, names, likeness, and hometown name for publicity, advertising pieces, and re-posting on social media channels without a required mention of the Contest.

Winner: Out of the pool of Potential Entrants, 1 winner will be chosen as the winning entry (“Winner”) at the end of the Entry Period. BalanceDiet reserves the right to select a Winner, in its sole discretion, if for any reason the voting or Winner selection process is tainted or unfair in any way.

Prize: The Winning Prize (“Winning Prize”) will be awarded to the Winner. The Winning Prize consists of 1 bottle of BalanceDiet’s 01 Detox Diet, the 30 Day Detoxification Guide, and Sport Water Bottle. The Winning Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered. Winner will be solely responsible for all applicable Federal, State, provincial, and local taxes connected with receipt of the Winning Prize, the use and enjoyment of the Winning Prize, or any other connection with this Contest.
