Balance VIP Program Technical Terms and Conditions
GENERAL TERMS
- The Retail Customer order will be concluded between you as the Retail Customer on one hand and the BalanceDiet Independent Retailer (“Retailer”) on the other when the Retail Customer purchases product from and accepts delivery of the product from the Retailer. If the Retail Customer places an order through a Retailer’s eSuite or replicated site, the order is concluded when the product is delivered to you.
- Shipping fees will apply.
- The ordered products will be sent to the address of the customer indicated in the order. The risk of loss and damage is carried by the Retail Customer beginning with hand-off to the Retail Customer or his receiving agent (family member, neighbor, etc.).
- This contract is ruled by the laws of the State of Florida.
- If any provision in these Terms & Conditions is or becomes ineffective the other provisions remain effective.
- BALANCEDIET PRODUCT REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
- Because our products produce different results for different people, we do not guarantee specific results nor offer a money back guarantee. We do a Satisfaction Guarantee that the product arrives in good condition, sealed, and within the reasonable expiration period. Please follow the directions with each product you receive.
- The BalanceDiet VIP can utilize the Self Service Returns process located in the BalanceDiet VIP portal to generate a shipping label.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- To receive a refund, all products must be post-marked within thirty (30) days of the ship date and all items must be in an unopened, new condition. When making a return, the customer or Distributor must use a traceable shipping method. BalanceDiet is not liable for the shipping costs of returned products or any return shipments that may be lost in the return shipping process.
- To receive a replacement product on incomplete or defective product the BalanceDiet VIP must report the matter within sixty (60) days from the date of delivery.
To report adverse reaction or dis-satisfaction with a particular product, please your retailer or contact customer service. Customer Service uses its best discretion as each case is unique, with the ultimate goal of long term client satisfaction.
- Refused orders are defined as orders that are refused upon delivery, marked return to sender, are undeliverable, or that have an insufficient address. A refused order is assigned a $15 refusal fee that is deducted from the refund. Refusal fees are applied to orders to offset return shipping costs and return processing charges. Refused orders could take up to ninety (90) days to reach the returns processing center and are not guaranteed a refund.
- Once your order is received and inspected at our return processing center (usually within 10 business days), your refund will be processed to the credit card used to purchase your order. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your refund is applied for monies to post to your account.
- All returns must be accompanied with the original or a copy of the original packing slip.
- To exchange products, please contact Customer Service at the numbers listed below. Please place your exchange order prior to returning your original items for refund.

“BALANCEDIET VIP” AGREEMENT
TERMS AND CONDITIONS • UNITED STATES
Where a customer has elected to become an BalanceDiet Company (hereafter “BalanceDiet” or “COMPANY”) BalanceDiet VIP, they agree to the following terms and conditions:.
- GENERAL TERMS
- The BalanceDietBalanceDiet VIP Program allows a customer to enjoy BalanceDiet VIP pricing on all orders.
- There are two different ways to become a BalanceDiet VIP.
(1) You can make a three consecutive month minimum commitment to a monthly autoshipment order.
(2) You can enroll by making a $50 Membership Fee payment and placing a single order for product. - A BalanceDiet VIP must be at least 18 years of age as our products are intended for use by adults only.
- The autoshipment order or initial order under the $50 Membership Fee option must consist of any BalanceDiet products that are Program Eligible (VIP Eligible). Autoshipment orders may be changed online or via computer, tablet, phone, or mobile device by using the Customer ID and password or by calling Customer Support (see below) at least two (2) business days prior to the customer's next shipment.
- The customer may order products in addition to their auto-shipment order at any time and receive BalanceDiet VIP pricing.
- After three continuous months on autoshipment, the BalanceDiet VIP shall receive free standard U.S. Shipping on the fourth consecutive autoshipment and all subsequent autoshipments. Available to U.S. BalanceDiet VIPs only.
- For U.S. BalanceDiet VIP orders greater than $74 (not including taxes and shipping), the BalanceDiet VIPs shall receive free standard U.S. shipping.
- The customer may cancel the autoshipment program at any time after the three-month commitment has been fulfilled. The customer is still considered a member of the BalanceDiet VIP Program and will receive BalanceDiet VIP pricing on all future orders. The autoshipment will continue to run every month until the customer contacts BalanceDiet to change or end their autoshipment. To end participation in the BalanceDiet VIP Program after the three-month commitment has been fulfilled, please cancel online by logging in to your account at www.goBalanceDiet.com or contact Customer Support at the numbers listed below.
- BalanceDiet VIPs who cancel their membership before the three-month minimum commitment but after the initial order has been fulfilled have one of three options:
(1) Be charged a $50 Membership Fee and this customer is still considered a member of the BalanceDiet VIP Program and will receive BalanceDiet VIP pricing on all future orders.
(2) Complete the three (3) month period
(3) Contact Customer Service to pay the difference between the Regular Sale (MSRP) price listed on website at date of initial purchase and the VIP Price for the product(s) received.
- BalanceDiet Company including but not limited to any of its affiliates and/or subsidiaries, may transfer or assign this Agreement in its sole discretion. In the case that the BalanceDiet VIP does not accept the transfer or assignment, it may provide written notice that it wishes to terminate this Agreement. In the event of such notice being provided, the termination will become effective immediately.

- BalanceDiet VIPs that select the autoshipment membership option at enrollment must complete the BalanceDiet VIP Agreement. If an order is returned at any time causing the total completed orders on the account to be less than three (3), BalanceDietwill deduct a $50 Membership Fee from the refund on the returned order. If the full amount of the Membership Fee cannot be deducted from the return, the BalanceDiet VIP account will be canceled. BalanceDiet VIPs that select the $50 Membership Fee option at enrollment will never incur a Membership Fee for returning an order.
- Returning an order to BalanceDiet will not automatically cancel your monthly autoshipment. To cancel an autoshipment call the Customer Support number listed below or submit a support ticket in the BalanceDiet VIP portal. All autoshipment cancellation requests must be completed at least two (2) business days prior to the autoshipment process date.
- If only a portion of a stocked package (several products grouped under one item name/number) is returned, the full value and Bonus Volume (BV) of the item(s) kept will be deducted from the refund on the return order.
- Once your order is received and inspected at our return processing center (usually within 10 business days), your refund will be processed to the credit card used to purchase your order. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your refund is applied for monies to post to your account.
- All returns must be accompanied with the original or a copy of the original packing slip.
- To exchange products, please submit a support ticket in the BalanceDiet VIP portal within thrity (30) days of delivery to specify which product you would like to return and which products you would like to purchase in exchange. Please place your exchange order prior to returning your original items for refund to avoid interruption of your autoshipment services.
III. BALANCEDIETBALANCEDIET VIP MEMBER REWARDSPROGRAM
- Member Rewards will be earned on all BalanceDiet VIP orders while the customer remains active in the autoship program.
- Member Rewards will be earned on the BalanceDiet VIP price of the entire order excluding taxes & shipping. The Points earned will equal 10% of the pre-tax, pre-shipping cost of the order. For example, if the cost of the order before taxes & shipping was $100.00, the BalanceDiet VIP would earn 10 Reward Points.
- After six (6) consecutive months of receiving an autoshipment order, the BalanceDiet VIP will receive an additional 50 Reward Points. After twelve (12) consecutive months of receiving an autoshipment order, the BalanceDiet VIP will receive an additional 150 Reward Points.
- Member Rewards may be redeemed any time on non-auto-shipment orders.
- Member Rewards may not be used on zero (0) BV items or for taxes or shipping costs. Taxes and shipping costs will be based on the BalanceDiet VIP price of the order.
- Member Rewards have no cash value. One (1) Perks Point equals $1 in product credit.
- Member Rewards will be calculated on official orders only. Returned orders will subtract from the Member Rewards total.
- If a BalanceDiet VIP cancels their autoshipment after becoming eligible to redeem Reward Points, they have thirty (30) days to redeem any available Reward Points. All Member Rewardsremaining after the thirty (30) days will be lost.
- BalanceDiet VIPs cannot earn Member Rewards if living in the same household as the enrolling Distributor.

PLEASE NOTE 1: YOUR AUTOSHIPMENT CANNOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELED ON THE SCHEDULED PROCESSING DAY. PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT LEAST TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR NEXT AUTOSHIPMENT ORDER DATE TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO YOUR ORDER FOR THAT MONTH.
PLEASE NOTE 2: BALANCEDIET VIPS MAY PURCHASE PRODUCT FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY AND MAY NOT RESELL THE PRODUCT FOR ANY REASON. ONLY BALANCEDIETINDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTORS ARE AUTHORIZED TO SELL BALANCEDIETPRODUCT. BALANCEDIET VIPS FOUND TO BE SELLING OR ADVERTISING BALANCEDIETPRODUCTS FOR PURHCASE WILL IMMEDIATELY HAVE THEIR RIGHTS TO BUY PRODUCTS TERMINATED.
